One of the most common questions we get is, “Why do I need an agent to help me buy  a home?”

The simple answer is that our market knowledge will save you time and money!  Having the listing agent show you around a house is great, but remember that they are NOT representing you.  They are representing the seller, and will do everything they can to sell the property under the best possible terms for the seller.  So what you need is someone who is always on your side, someone who is only concerned with your best interests!

Beyond having someone who is experienced in buyer negotiations, what are the other benefits associated with having a buyer agent?  Here are just a few:

  • Expert knowledge of the Raleigh real estate market
  • Experience negotiating and saving money on behalf of home buyers
  • Full access to the MLS and home price trends

I did not list the most important benefit of securing a buyer agent… it will usually COST YOU NOTHING!  A buyer agent’s commission is drawn from the seller side and the seller pays any and all commissions!
